The Health club, NSS and NCC unit of MMNSS College, Kottiyam has conducted a blood donation camp on 20/08/2019 in the college campus in association with ‘Athijeevan’ an educational and charity trust. Dr.Anitha Balakrishnan from Kollam IMA was the chief doctor. The donors received certificate of recognition. Donating blood also helps in discharging cholesterol stored in the heart and helps to build immunity in the body. The main intention of donating blood is to save one’s life and it should be voluntary donation.
